Fine oriental and area rugs are cleaned in our facility utilizing methods similar to those used when we clean your carpet. The age and fabric composition of some rugs require special attention. Our professionals are well trained in fabric sensitivity and identification. We take great care to protect your rugs. Your rugs are stored in a secure location before and after cleaning.

When you drop off your rugs:

• We inspect and take a photo record of your rug.
• Your information is placed in our new tracking system.
• Your rug is moved to a secure cleaning room.
• Your rug is cleaned and dried in a climate controlled room.
• Your rug is then inspected and a placed in a secure storage.
• You are called and told your rug is ready for pickup.

Rugs can be delivered to our facility by you or picked up by our staff. Having these rugs cleaned in our shop avoids the possibility of damaging your hardwood floor or other problems which can result from improper drying. We strongly recommend fine area rugs be cleaned in our climate controlled cleaning room.
